After Sales Service
Installation & Commissioning
Our technicians expertly install prefabricated PUF panels of varying thicknesses (50 mm to 150 mm) and doors of both swing and slide type. We also provide floor insulation options with stainless steel or aluminium chequered finish for durable cold room construction.
We commission complete refrigeration systems for chiller rooms, freezer rooms, cold‑storage warehouses, ripening chambers, blast chillers and blast freezers. Each system is tested rigorously to ensure performance and reliability.
User Training
We believe that a well‑trained user is essential for the longevity of any cold room. Our team provides on‑site operational training to ensure you can operate and monitor the system confidently.
Warranty
All refrigeration systems come with a 12‑month warranty from the date of supply. Should you encounter any issues, our service engineers will inspect and troubleshoot your system promptly. Defective parts are replaced subject to warranty terms.
Repair & Maintenance
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Maintain the efficiency and longevity of your refrigeration system with our annual maintenance contract. Our AMC covers repairs and routine maintenance for a period of one year, with options to extend up to three years. Let us handle the technical upkeep while you focus on running your business.
